4 weeks · 6 - 8 women · begins when the cohort is full
You have done the therapy. The retreats. The breathwork, the plant medicine, the coaching. You understand your patterns at a level most people never reach. You can name them in conversation. You can trace them back to their origin.
And you are still waking up in the same life.
Maybe it's the relationship you know is over — but you're still in it. You cry yourself to sleep. You haven't been touched in two years. And some part of you has quietly accepted: this is just how my life is going to be.
Maybe it's the career — the same groundhog day, over and over. The corporate job, the doing what you're supposed to do, the life that looks correct from the outside and feels hollow on the inside. And underneath all of it, this voice that will not go quiet: I know I'm here for something bigger than this.
You know it. Your soul knows it. And your body is starting to show you the cost of the gap.
Your body is starting to show you the cost
Fatigue that doesn't make sense. Symptoms no one can fully explain.
A low-level exhaustion from holding something you are not saying.
Something to take the edge off at the end of the day — because the gap between the life you're living and the truth inside you has to go somewhere.
You can feel the split. Your soul is calling you forward. Your body is still living the old life.
That gap — between what you know and how you are living — is what is making you sick. And doctors will not find it, because it is not a medical problem.
You recognize yourself here:
You use "I don't know" as a delay tactic — and some part of you is aware of this.
You are the person others come to for clarity, and you cannot quite trust yourself with your own life.
You have always done what you thought you should do — and now you don't even know what you want.
You know you're here for something bigger. You have no idea how to get there from here.
You have invested significantly in your growth. Something still hasn't fully shifted.
That is not a clarity problem. It is a self-override problem. And no amount of additional insight will solve it.
What is actually happening
Before
Aware but stuck — understanding the pattern and repeating it anyway
Body speaking what the mouth won't — unexplained symptoms, exhaustion, weight
Going through the motions — at work, at home, in the relationship
Loyal to patterns inherited from women who suffered before you
Spending money on experts who can't find what's wrong
After
Clear — not from new information, but from stopping the avoidance
Body settling — as the held emotions are finally released, not suppressed
Decisive — acting from her own authority, not waiting for permission
Free from inherited loyalties — returned to where they belong
Self-led — the authority on her own life, finally operating like it
Gabriela
Business Architect
Before
"I didn't trust my inner voice. Everything inside felt noisy, heavy, and unclear. I was functioning but not grounded — constantly searching for answers outside of myself."
After
"I no longer abandon myself to keep the peace. I feel less compelled to explain or justify my inner knowing."
"There's a quiet confidence now that wasn't there before. I pause instead of pushing, listen to my gut instead of overriding myself. There is no price for this peace of mind when you finally trust your wings."
Lisa
Psychotherapist & Medium
Before
"I had been in my own therapy for years — yet something still felt stuck. I couldn't move past the resentment I carried toward my mother, no matter how much I understood it."
The Shift
Her grandmother stepped in during our session — showing Lisa that the weight she carried wasn't hers. It had passed down through the lineage before she was ever conscious of holding it.
"Realizing how much inherited weight I had been holding changed how I saw myself. It created immediate relief and long-term clarity. It continues to be one of the most meaningful investments I've made in my emotional well-being."
Nicole Runyon
Psychotherapist turned Parent Coach · Author, Free to Fly
Before
"I was burning out. Trying to help and nothing was moving the needle. I had been in therapy for years and couldn't get past a certain point."
The Shift
A four-hour session showed Nicole a past life in which she had lost two children to a fire — and suddenly her inexplicable fear of fire in this life made sense. The reason she could never stop trying to save everyone became clear. Something physically released. Within 24 hours her body went into a full detox.
"I changed my life, really. That support was available to me all along — I just didn't know I could ask. I realized I wasn't going to play small. Once I could acknowledge what was stuck, I could get it out."
Nicole went on to write her book and build the platform she had been afraid to claim.
The 4 Sessions
The Sovereignty Sequence™
A 4-week precision intervention. The order is not optional. Each session creates the conditions for the next.
Session 1
We begin by naming what is actually happening. Not confusion — avoidance dressed as confusion. You receive a mirror of your own design — not as a lesson, but as a confrontation with what you already know about yourself. You surface one truth you have been avoiding and say it aloud to the group.
Not to process it. Not to explain it. To say it. That is the first crack. Everything that follows is built on it.
You will likely feel something shift in the body in this session. That sensation — that's the truth you've been sitting on.
Session 2
You did not stop trusting yourself randomly. Something happened — an event, a relationship, a moment of loss or fear — and you made a decision that it was safer not to know. Through a guided somatic journey, you go back to that exact moment.
Not to re-experience trauma. To see clearly the decision you made there, and recognize that it has been running your life ever since. Many women name their origin in this session for the first time. Even women who have been in therapy for years.
You also identify what isn't yours to carry — the inherited patterns from your lineage.
You learn to feel the difference between your truth and theirs. And you return what was never yours.
Session 3
You do not release patterns dramatically. You release them by deciding to stop renewing them. This is a somatic completion — not a ceremony, not a breakdown. A clean, embodied ending to what is already over.
The relationship that is done. The identity that no longer fits. The role you've been playing out of loyalty to someone else's fear.
You name one thing you are no longer renewing. Said aloud. Witnessed. Done.
Session 4
This is where the work becomes real. You identify the decision you have been circling — the one your body has already made and your mind keeps negotiating with. You make it in the session, to the group.
You move through a forward-projection journey to inhabit the version of you already living from your authority. And you close with one declaration: who you are now.
One sentence. First person. Present tense. Witnessed by the group. This is not performance. It is recognition. It is a woman finally saying aloud what she already knew was true.
Honest clarity
✧ You have done significant inner work and something still hasn't fully shifted — in the body, not just the mind.
✧ Your body is giving you symptoms — thyroid, skin, weight, exhaustion — that your doctors can't fully explain.
✧ You are in a relationship, career, or pattern you know needs to end. You've known for a while. You haven't moved.
✧ You know you're here for something bigger — and you have no idea how to get there from where you are.
✧ You are done with gentle. You want someone who names what is happening without softening it.
✧ You are ready to act — not just understand, not just process — but actually move.
× You are brand new to inner work. This requires women who already know — and are ready to finally act on it.
× You are looking for someone to give you the answer. The answer is already inside you. That is the whole point.
× You want comfortable. This work is direct and confronting. It is not unkind — but it will not soften your truth.
× You are in active crisis or acute trauma processing. This requires a stable foundation.

Past Life Regression Therapist · Somatic Guide
Seven years ago, I was so angry at my husband I couldn't see clearly. The anger was insidious — sitting underneath everything, preventing me from trusting, allowing, surrendering. I had been a clinical psychotherapist for decades. I had done 6.5 years of psychoanalysis. Plant medicine. More inner work than I can name. None of it touched the root.
It was during my past life regression training that I dropped into a lifetime in Egypt — a brutally abusive marriage — and understood, for the first time, where the anger was actually coming from. My husband said: "Oh. You're not angry at me. You're angry at that man." I felt it leave my body. Not as an insight. As a physical release.
What I do in this work is show women who they actually are — at the level of design, at the level of soul, at the level of what they were built for. And when a woman sees that clearly, something shifts that no amount of insight has been able to touch. She realizes: There is nothing wrong with me. I was actually made this way. I don't have to figure it out. I get to be who I am.
The shifts that happen with my clients happen within sessions, within days, within weeks. Not because I do something to them. Because I help them reach what the previous work hasn't touched — and then get out of the way.

The thought that just came up — let's look at it.
You've done a lot. I believe you. And here is the distinction: everything you've tried has been aimed at understanding the pattern. This is aimed at ending it. Those are different things. Traditional therapy, medicine, self-help — these are 3D tools for what is not a 3D problem. The shifts my clients experience happen within sessions, within days. Not because I'm exceptional. Because we're finally reaching the actual root.
One live session per week, 75–90 minutes. Minimal between-session work — one short audio, one body-based practice, one prompt. No homework pile. The question is not whether you have the time. The question is whether you can afford another six weeks of the physical symptoms, the sleepless nights, the going through the motions.
That thought — "I'm not sure I'm ready" — is the pattern. You've used it before. It has always been the pattern. You have been ready. You have known what's true. The not-readiness is not a signal to wait. It is the thing we are ending. You will not feel ready before you move. You will feel ready because you moved.
